• No refunds will be given for cards/tickets due to technical as well as weather-related shutdowns/closures of the facility.

• All lift tickets except cabin/company cards are personal and can only be used by one person

• There will be a limit on the number of ski lifts, but season pass holders will have priority space in the facility.

• Everyone must have an Axess chipcard. The card is purchased once, and can be topped up as many times as you wish - use the WTP number on the back. The price for the card is NOK 80,-.

• If the card (with the exception of season passes) is lost, broken or forgotten, we can transfer it to a new chipcard upon presentation of a receipt. The transaction fee for the transfer is NOK 80,- unless you bring your own chipcard.

• If the season pass is lost, broken or forgotten, we can replace the card upon presentation of a receipt for a fee of NOK 250,-
